These terms are between you and BYBOWU, which runs ReplyWrench. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

The service

ReplyWrench helps you ask customers for Google reviews from your own phone and draft replies to the reviews you receive. It doesn't post anything to Google for you and can't see whether a review was posted.

Your responsibilities

• Ask every customer the same way. Don't use ReplyWrench to filter out unhappy customers, offer anything in exchange for reviews, ask for specific content, or write or buy fake reviews. Google's policies forbid these, and the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465) bans fake, bought and suppressed reviews.
• Only text or email customers you've worked for, and follow the consent rules that apply to you. ReplyWrench doesn't give legal advice.
• Read and edit AI drafts before you post them. You're responsible for what you publish.
• Keep your login and your techs' links private, and turn off a link when someone leaves.

AI drafts

Drafts are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, including about details of a job. They're labelled as AI drafts and are suggestions only.

Plans, trial and billing

• New accounts get 14 days of Crew without a card. When the trial ends you move to Free unless you choose a paid plan.
• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Stripe processes payments.
• "Unlimited" means no monthly cap. To protect the service, reply drafts are limited to 30 reviews an hour on every plan.
• You can cancel any time in the billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; we don't refund partial periods.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it or scrape it, and no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep ReplyWrench running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, BYBOWU isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about meaningful changes. You can stop using ReplyWrench and delete your account at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
