New accounts get 14 days of Crew free, no card. After that you're on Free unless you choose a plan. Prices in US dollars; cancel any time. "Unlimited" means no monthly cap; fair use is 30 review replies an hour.
What counts as a tech?
Anyone who fills in job cards, including you. On Crew, each tech after you gets a private link that opens only the Job Card form. They don't need a login and can't see reviews, billing or other techs' cards.
What happens after the trial?
You move to Free automatically and nothing is charged. Extra techs' links pause, the "Review page by ReplyWrench" line comes back and the digest stops; all your job cards and replies are kept. If you pick Solo or Crew during the trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends.
Is "unlimited" really unlimited?
There's no monthly cap on Solo and Crew. To protect the service, every plan can write replies to up to 30 reviews an hour.
How does yearly billing work?
Solo is $190 and Crew is $290, charged once a year. That's 10 months' price for 12 months.
How do I cancel?
In the app under Plan and billing, then "Manage billing". Payments run through Stripe. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
What counts as a review reply on Free?
Each review you paste and get drafts for counts as one of the 5 a month, with or without a job card.
