The ask, from your own phone
"Save and ask by text" opens your phone's Messages app with the ask already written and a link to your review page. It goes from your number, so there's no texting service to sign up for. Email and copy-link work the same way.

Questions
Is asking this way allowed by Google?
It's built to follow Google's review rules. Every customer gets the same message and the same review page with one Google button. There's no "rate us first" screen, no private feedback detour for unhappy customers, and no reward for reviewing. The ask never tells customers what to write, and ReplyWrench blocks edits that ask for stars, a good review or a mention of the tech. The Job Card reminds you to send it after you've left, because Google doesn't allow pressuring customers while you're on site. How you ask is still up to you.
Can you see whether a customer left a review?
No. We can see when the review page link was opened, and that's all. You paste new reviews in yourself when they arrive; ReplyWrench doesn't connect to your Google account.
Who writes the drafts?
An AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) writes three drafts from the review, your business voice and the job card you pick. Every draft is labelled as an AI draft. Nothing is posted for you: you edit it, copy it and post it on Google yourself.
Why does the job matter in a reply?
About half of consumers are put off by generic or templated replies (BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026). A reply that mentions the water heater, the town and the tech reads like the owner remembers the customer, because you do.
What do you store about my customers?
First names only, plus the job type, town and tech you enter. A customer's phone number or email is used on your phone to open Messages or email and is never sent to us. The review text you paste and the job you pick are sent to Anthropic to write the drafts. Details are in the privacy policy.
Are there rules about texting customers?
Only text customers you've worked for, one at a time, from your own phone. It's a thank-you and a review ask, not marketing. This isn't legal advice; if you're unsure about consent rules in your state, ask a lawyer.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the Free plan: your review page and QR code keep working, with 5 job cards and replies to 5 reviews a month. You don't need a card for the trial, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. On Free, extra techs' links pause, the "Review page by ReplyWrench" line comes back and the digest stops; all your job cards and replies are kept. We send one reminder email 3 days before it ends.
